Donald McNeil "Neil" Camper Jr., 54, of Jefferson City, died Monday, May 10, 2021, at his residence.

He was born on September 26, 1966, in Jefferson City, the son of the late Donald McNeil Camper Sr. and Gladys Louise Turner Camper.

A 1984 graduate of Jefferson City High School who attended Lincoln University, Mr. Camper loved fishing and helping others.

He is survived by his sister, Cheryl Rencher, Jefferson City, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Sue Washington.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Burial will be in Longview Cemetery.

Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
