He was born October 9, 1970, in Jefferson City, MO. He was the son of Steven R. Osborn and Joyce M. (Wolters) Osborn.
Scott attended Jefferson City Public Schools. He worked for various restaurants and later worked for Capital Plaza Hotel. He also worked for the Jefferson City School District and the School District of Grand Prairie, TX.
Scott was passionate about music and cooking. He spent most of his free time doing either one or the other or both…
Survivors include his mother, Joyce (Wolters) Osborn, Jefferson City; half-sister, Sally Rodriguez, Washington State; half-brother, Jack Osborn, Springfield, MO; aunts and uncles, Jerilyn Lavinder, Janet (Larry) Rademan, June (Oscar) Haid, Jim Wolters, Jeanine (Howard) Kunz, Joan (Delbert) Branson, all of Jefferson City; Jody (John) Kimball, Kansas City; numerous cousins and his beloved Mr. Kitty.
He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Osborn; his grandparents, Norbert and Sylvia Wolters, Russell Osborn, Virginia Long; and an uncle, Mike Osborn.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a Remembrance Service to follow at 1 p.m. with Ed Gillmore of Capital City Christian Church officiating.
Private family burial will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family in care of Joyce Osborn.
Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Very grateful I had a chance to speak with Scott earlier this week. I will always cherish the memories of the fun we had growing up. Rest easy Scott.

Shocked and saddened by the sad new sof Scott’s passing .lots of memory’s of fun times as teenagers about town , hanging out with friends, party’s late night phone chats. … you will be missed greatly my friend.. my condolences to the family in this hard time
So many happy, fun and cherished memories with Scott. I could always talk music with my friend even if there was nothing else to talk about. I will always smile when i think of him. To his family, his mother, i would say thank you for bringing such a beautiful soul to the world. I send peaceful and healing energy to you all .
Many fond and never boring memories of Scott. He always had a kind word to say about me, even when I didn’t believe in myself.
