I worked with Carol at Central Dairy in the early 1970’s. She was a lot of fun to work with. She talked a lot about her family. Years later as a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies we made and sold cookies to raise money for Cancer. Carol always placed a large order, she wanted them as Christmas gifts for her family. When I delivered her order we would visit and catch up on things in our lives. She will be missed.
