Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I have many fond memories of Uncle Norbert, his great laugh and wonderful sense of humor. He could spin a great yarn. He and my dad were very close and Norbert was always there for him. I’ll miss him.

  2. Harold; Please accept our deepest heartfelt sympathy for your father’s passing. May he rest in God’s loving arms forever. America thanks him for his brave service during World War II while serving in the U.S. Navy. May the Good Lord be with his family & many friends as they will think of him often. Semper Fidelis.

  3. I send my love to the entire family and appreciate as well that Uncle Norbert stepped up to the table to defend this country so many decades ago. Anyone who knows of the submariner’s uncertain fate, can attest to their courage. He went on to meet many challenges in life after World War II. He and Aunt Phil had wonderful children who grew up to be strong and resourceful and build loving families. God be with all of them.

  4. I am sorry for your loss. I enjoyed the short time I got to know your father. He was a great man. Praying for you all during this difficult time.

  5. Sorry we could not be there to pay our respect. Kathy, Mary and I will be praying for him and your family. May the good Lord be you in this time of sorry.

  6. Our Deepest condolences. Uncle Norbert was always such a pleasant and happy soul. He will be deeply missed!

  7. We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Norb. I met him when he worked for the Parks and Rec Department for Jefferson City. Later, my husband hired him to do carpentry work on an old building. he was a pleasure to have around.
