Alberta Elizabeth Hagenhoff, 84, of Taos, passed away Friday, June 2, 2017, at Westphalia Hills.
She was born on July 13, 1932, in Taos, Missouri, the daughter of the late Leo Henry and Anna Mary (Rustemeyer) Eiken.
She was married on July 20, 1957, in Taos to Roman Liborius Hagenhoff who preceded her in death on December 26, 2014.
Mrs. Hagenhoff was a homemaker most of her life and had worked for Tweedie Shoe Factory in her earlier years. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos. She enjoyed quilting, gardening especially roses, and babysitting her grandchildren.
Survivors include three children, Ron (Jackie) Hagenhoff, Taos; Linda (Charles) Bruemmer, Jefferson City; and Steve (Rita) Hagenhoff, Jefferson City; 11 grandchildren, William (Jenny) Bruemmer; Travis (Megan) Bruemmer; Craig Bruemmer; Derek Bruemmer (fiance Shannon Neill); Brent Bruemmer (fiance Audrey Hoelscher); Kenneth (Brianne) Hagenhoff; Deann (Curtis) Wieberg; David (Jessica) Hagenhoff; Erica Hagenhoff; Matthew Schulte; and Brianna Schulte; six great-grandchildren, Konner Hagenhoff, Kensley Hagenhoff, Sadie Bruemmer, Alison Bruemmer, Abigail Hagenhoff, Paisley Wieberg; one daughter-in-law, Norma Hagenhoff, Harrisburg, Missouri; three siblings, Harold Eiken, Holts Summit; Agatha Peitzmeyer, Jefferson City; Elizabeth Potts, Taos; and a sister-in-law, Josephine Wolken, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Michael Hagenhoff; and a brother, Cornelius Eiken.
Visitation will be 4:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 6th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 7th, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with the Gregory C. Meystrik officiating.
Burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Taos.
