Darold Lee Bussio, 65, of Westphalia, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016, at his residence. He was born September 16, 1950, in Woodland, California, the son of the late Martin and Josephine (Matthew) Bussio. Darold served in the United States Army and the United State Navy. Darold worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections as a correctional officer for the past 13 years. He was set to retire May 1, 2016. He enjoyed learning about World War II, watching all sports, and going to the casino to gamble. Survivors include two siblings, Charlie Bussio, Westphalia; Susan Assad, Fairoaks, CA; and other extended family members. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia with military honors following.
