I am so sorry to hear of Vi’s passing. She was one of my mother’s very dear friends, though as they got older they didn’t get to visit much. But they stayed in touch with cards and calls as long as they were able. My sympathy to the family.
I was saddened to hear of Vi’s passing. Our families were great friends over the years, and I have such fond memories of visiting the Johnson’s in Missouri during summer as a kid. Sending healing thoughts and prayers of comfort to the family.
Rob. Sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was always a lovely person. Take care, old friend!
Rob and Laurie,
I just happened onto the News Tribune website tonight and was looking for an obituary of a dad of one of our classmates and happened to see that your mom had passed away in December. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a very sweet land and my mom really enjoyed all the time they spent together. My mom passed away 5 years ago on Feb 8 and I know it is so difficult to lose a parent. My prayers are with you and your family and I pray God keeps watch over all of you.
