Guestbook

  1. This is to the entire Ruprecht family, especially David (Butch). I am so sorry for your loss, I remember your father as a child only, but what I do remember is that I thought he was a powerful looking man, you know, tough. I wish that I could have gotten to know him better,(always a regret) especially after learning about his service. David, God Bless You, and your family, and may God rest your fathers soul. I am so sorry that this message is late..I only check the JC obits every three or four days, and I missed this time. Stand strong, pray, and look to the future.

  2. Dear Debbie and Family,I’m so sorry to hear about your Dad. He was a wonderful father, father-in-law, grandpa and great-grandpa to your whole family. Perhaps it helps to know that he is with Ilene in heaven now. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.Sincerely,Ruth

  3. My condolences to the family. Bill was a role model for many of us that worked for him during out teenage years, and in my case beyond. You could always count on Bill to tell you the truth, even if it was not what you wanted to hear.

  4. So sorry to hear about Bills passing on.I enjoyed working for Bill,he was agreat business man and always treated me with respect. One day during a remodel of the Blvd store he asked me to keep an eye on Norb Kolb and Jerry Lueckenotte, who were hanging pictures in the dining area.He wanted me to make sure they were using a level sothe pictures would look straight.I remember thinking that those 2 were the last 2 people in the store I needed to “keep an eye on”.I wish to offer my condolences to all of Bill’s family.Sincerely, Roger Rodeman

  5. I worked at Jordan & Kolb Real Estate & Insurance in J.C. 1959-62 and met your dad/grandpa as he was the company accountant. Let me assure you of a few traits that were evident in his life. He loved his family dearly and wanted to provide for them. He was extremely honest and a man of integrity. He was a quiet man who let his Christian morals show through the way he lived. I am blessed to have known “Willie” as we called him.

  6. Butch, Steve, and family,Sorry for your loss. He was a great man. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Don’t think I can make it back for the service. Rob

  7. I have known Bill my entire life. He was a good friend to my Father. He was a true gentleman and one of the finest men I have ever known. He will be sorely missed by all of us. With much peace. John Cowley

  8. We will miss you Mr. Ruprecht…you are a true gentleman. Give your sweet wife Ilene and sweet daughter Suzie a great big hug!

  9. Our deepest sympathy to the entire Ruprecht family. I knew Bill when he was the bookkeeper for Capital Printing. Pete and Rose McMurtry are my parents. He was a great guy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.God BlessDoris and David

  10. We were privileged to have Bill as our next door neighbor for five years. He was always friendly and helpful to our neighborhood association. He wanted the grounds to be pretty and well kept.We will miss him.Larry and Georgeanne Folkins
