Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Judy was a bright light in this world, and such a happy warrior for the Lord. She was a complete go-getter in the cause of life but with the kindest, most positive, and friendliest spirit. Our hearts are broken for us all, but especially for Kenny and her family who she loved with all her heart. May God hold you close.

  2. Judy was truly a beautiful light in this world! She and Alice were amazing Food Coordinators for Jefferson City Marriage Encounter for many years. What I remember most is her beautiful, warm smile!

  3. Judy was a true treasure. Judy continued purchasing from my family business, Capitol Rubber Stamp, Co, after She purchased Samco Office Supply. She and Mary were helpful and hardworking customers to us. Later, when Judy bought my family business she became a true friend. She will be deeply missed.

  4. Judy was the type of person you were always happy to be around. She had a hug for everybody. She was very efficient in getting the job done. Rest in peace and may the perpetual light shine upon her.

  5. We learned of the death of Judy Bax from Kathy Thebo Forck and felt both sadness and a very great degree of appreciation for the many years of unstinting effort she devoted in support of the cause of the sanctity of all human life, from beginning to end, without regard for age, color, creed, capability or disability. We recall hearing how Judy organized and led pro-life demonstrations, attended by many hundreds of participants, young and old. We admired how she took charge of the Nativity project in Jefferson City, securing necessary permits for display of the display, featuring Mary, Joseph and the Christ child, how she led, organized and coordinated — bringing that project, which has endured and prospered — to fruition and lasting success. We trust that this Christmas she will be celebrating with an angelic choir! May she rest in peace, on high, with the perpetual light shining upon her. All of us at Thomas More Society offer thanks and high praise in her memory! — Tom Brejcha, Founder and President, Thomas More Society, Chicago

  6. I was so sorry to hear about Judy’s passing. She was such a strong pro-life advocate in so many different ways! Judy loved moms and babies – and loved helping them! May her soul rest in peace. 🙏

  7. Judy (Evers) Bax was a graduate of Eugene High School, Class of 1964. It was with great sadness that I reported her death to our classmates in MO and around the U.S. Just last year, Judy was an invaluable member of the class committee that planned our 60th graduation reunion. The most successful in the school’s history. Judy was the first to describe herself as the “quiet one” in high school–I remember her as always having a demure smile and a friendly disposition. It turned out that Judy (Evers) Bax was the “sleeper” of the class. She blossomed into the able business owner of SAMCO office supply company and an officer and activist in the Missouri Right to Life organization. I am very sure that due to Judy’s absolute dedication to the anti-abortion movement, many are alive today who would otherwise have never opened their eyes on God’s beautiful earth! Judy had a wonderful sense of humor, was a fun conversationist, and a person on whom you could rely. I will miss her very much. She left this world a better place and is now in the hands of her precious Savior. God bless and keep Judy Evers Bax! Alan Wright. St. Louis.

  8. Words cannot express the deep sadness Mike and I feel as we realize we will never hear her cheerful laugh and see her sweet face always lit up with a smile. Judy was a wonder and such a dedicated worker for the preborn. God gave us the gift of Judy and we thank Him for that although we wish it could have been longer. No time would ever be enough for those who were privileged to know her. Our deepest sympathy to Kenny and her family. Our prayers are with you all. Love, Mike and Kathy Forck

  9. Judy will be remembered as a kind and loving woman whose beautiful smile brought comfort and joy to everyone she met. She had a warm and generous heart, always placing others before herself and offering kindness without hesitation. Judy’s presence made people feel welcomed and valued, and her compassion touched the lives of many. She leaves behind cherished memories that will live on through the love she shared and the countless lives she impacted.

  10. Judy was an example of how we should all live. Looking out for those that could not speak for themselves. Giving unconditionally for many causes. I will miss her greatly and her thoughtful nature. To the family – I am sorry for your loss. God promises us everlasting life if we follow Him and I am confident that Judy is with Him today!

  11. I worked with Judy at SAMCO before she was owner. Everyday was a new adventure. She made it her mission to take a grumpy customer and make them smile before they left. She was successful 90% to 100% of the time. That was just Judy being Judy. She made her little corner of the world better everyday than she found it. What if we could all do that? She set the example, now we need to follow. The good Lord said: ‘Judy your job here is done. Now come with me to heaven.’ I love you Judy. You ARE a great friend. I will always remember you with a smile. Here’s to all the great times we had! There were sooo many!

  12. I am sore to hear of the passing of Judy. She was always so kind to me and to my family. She was such a warrior for everything pro life. I pray she is greeted in heaven by all the babies she prayed for. God Bless Kenny and all her family.

  13. Gary and Judy Arnold. I know Judy is smiling and looking toward us from her sign up place in the heavens. Her smile and laugh and encouragement will be with us always. Amen.
