BERNIECE MARGARET KAISER

February 6, 1924 ~ December 4, 2012
She was born on February 6, 1924, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Peter Henry and Catherine (Wekenborg) Prenger.
She was a graduate of St. Peter High School.
She was united in marriage on December 29, 1945, in Jefferson City, to Marvin Joseph Kaiser who preceded her in death on March 28, 1976.
Mr. and Mrs. Kaiser owned and operated Duncan Jewelry which was later known as Kaiser Jewelry. Mrs. Kaiser also worked at Jack and Jill Shop.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Survivors include: four children, Judy (Vic) Cadice, Jefferson City; Jayne (Dr. Steven) Huber, Jefferson City; Ron (Judi) Kaiser, Jefferson City; Robert (Susan) Kaiser, Lake Ozarks; nine grandchildren, Whitney Wright, Sydney Huber, Max Huber, Joe Kaiser, Katherine Scaggs, Megan Dolton, Alex Cadice, Dru Lindsey, Ali Berhorst; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Herbert Prenger, St. Charles.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Kaiser; granddaughter, Tanya Kaiser; two sisters, Dorothy Prenger and Edna Prenger; and three brothers, Victor Prenger, Alfred Pete Prenger, and Robert Prenger.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2012, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. David D. Cox officiating.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10-11:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
