Deeply saddened to hear of Lowell’s passing. I will remember him as a good neighbor and friend while growing up in Russellville. His interest and ability to help others was seen in the untold hours and dollars he and Elmer Ott invested in Boy Scout Troop 96. Both understood they were blessed by God so that they could be a blessing to others. George Vernon
