On August 6th 1962, she was married to Russell Borgwordt who preceded her in death on April 1, 2001.
Carol had an amazing zest for life and a remarkable positive attitude she found the good in everyone.
Carol was an Administrative Assistant at Waukesha Rubber and managed Sunset Bowl for several years. She was actively involved in bowling tournaments for many years nationwide. She owned and operated CTS Trucking Service and had her own cleaning service. In 2010, Carol moved to Missouri where she finally retired in 2013.

Cindy, So sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
I am so sorry for your loss. You have no idea who I am, but my Grandparents were Willard and Nettie Markham, who were very good friends of the Stutz’s. A memory that I have of Carol, was that she helped plan the best surprise at my Grandparents 50th wedding Anniversary sometime in the mid 80’s I believe, which was to pick up my grandparents from their field stone house on Westowne in an old car, I believe it was a “Woody”. I had never seen them happier and it was the high light of their anniversary. Truly a beautiful generation is gone, but there are so, so, many great memories. My grandparents have been gone quite some time now, but they talked about that often. Much comfort to your family. Laura Yanzer Streator laura@sharecorp.com (my mother was Patricia Markham Yanzer)
Cindy, I was surprised to hear of Carol passing. My heart is with you. We had lost contact, and didn’t know that she moved or that she was struggling with cancer. I know how awful that disease is.
