  1. Thinking of you during this difficult time and knowing God will give you comfort and strength for tomorrow. From your friends at SSM Hospice.

  2. Evelyn, better known as “Nookie”, was such a wonderful individual to have known. While her exterior may have been a little rough, she was pure love and kindness inside. She liked to play cards and once, my husband and I stayed up the whole night playing spades with her, at a time when we had to still drive 14 hours to get home that morning. She was that much fun to be around. She suffered through a lot of heartache in her life, but I was always so impressed with how she got through it all without it diminishing who she was. My husband adored how when he was a kid, she would go through the trouble of cooking whatever breakfast he wanted, whenever he got up. That was real love. Our prayers go out to the family as you work through this very difficult time.
