Nick and Lori, My deepest sympathy to you and your family. May happy memories, in time, ease the earthly loss of your Dad. The following verse from a choir anthem gives me comfort and hope, may it also comfort you as well: “And he will raise you up on eagles wings, bear you on the breath of dawn, make you to shine like the sun, and hold you in the palms of your hand”. God’s peace. Tricia Schlechte

Nick – We were very sorry to hear about your dad passing away. Del and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you, Lori, and your mom. I have a great deal of respect for your dad since he was one of the Knights of Columbus members who stood by the casket of my dad (Fred Bode) during the visitation three years ago. (Your mom was also there, and was very comforting.) I will always remember your dad’s kindness and donation of his personal time. Sincerely, Elaine Bode-Oliver
Nick, Julie, and Aunt Ann,
We were saddened to hear of Uncle Fred’s passing. We have many happy memories of visits with him when we were young, and as the years have quickly gone by we look back and reflect upon his quiet, steady way with everyone. He was a man who had a love of family, and took great pride in you both, Julie and Nick…and his grandchildren !
“The best portion of a mans life, his little, nameless but remembered acts of kindness and love”
We know he had MANY nameless acts of kindness and love in which you can all find courage, strength , and comfort from. We will continue to keep you all in our prayers,
Babetta and Rick
