Rev. Gina Renee Jamerson, 49, of Jefferson City, passed away on April 27, 2018, at Jefferson City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Gina was born in Osceola, Arkansas on July 3, 1968, to Bill Nelson and Linda Jamerson.
She was a graduate of Jefferson City High School and received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
Gina worked in the Data Entry Department for Central Bank and later for SMI.
She was a member of St. Michaels Deliverance Church in Jefferson City and was ordained as a minister at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church.
In high school, Gina played basketball, volleyball, and was a member of the track team and Jay Band. She enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Bill & Susan Nelson, Nixa, Missouri; her mother, Linda Jamerson, Jefferson City; a sister, Laurissa (Matthew) Jones, Springfield, Missouri; two brothers, Billy (Kristina) Nelson, Jefferson City; Deshon (Tabitha) Gaither, Freeport, Maine; nieces and nephews, Caleb McCurdy, Mierra Jones, Khloe Jones, Alexandria Jones, Leilah Gaither, Lia Gaither, Peyton Faulkner, Shane Worster; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Gina was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Acie and Millie Jamerson; paternal grandparents, Willis Jack and Willie Delores Nelson; step maternal grandparents, Roland and Evelyn Burch and great grandparents, Jeff and Rose Cunningan.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be 10-11 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Rev. Preshus Graham officiating.
Burial will be in Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to a charity of the donors choice.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.

So sorry to hear of Gina’s passing. I worked with Gina for many years at CTS and she had the most beautiful smile and laugh. She was certainly a wonderful person and friend. She will be missed.
