  1. Mike and family, Your mom was one of a kind. I worked with her and your dad many years ago at Lincoln. What a joy they both were. Your dad and I would always cut up about me having pork chops for supper and good ole gravy. Ha. He was quite a character. Your mom was just the sweetest person. It’s probably been five years or so since I’ve seen her but I went and surprised her one day and we had such a nice visit catching up. Please know that my thoughts are with you.

  9. To the family of the late Mrs. Helen L.Johnson…

Michael, I am sadden to hear of your mother’s passing. I have not seen or heard from you since we graduated from high school, however, I often thought of you… (going down “big jackson” on our bikes). I will always remember and cherish both of your parents, as they were part of my childhood growing up in Jeff City. I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. May you find comfort in knowing that your life has been enriched by having shared their love. Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.I remembered your mother as being an amazing person and she will truly be missed. My condolences to you and your family.
