Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Jane and Larry,

I am so very sad. Jane, I remember the last time I had coffee with you and Jim at the end of my morning run. Although that was last summer, it seems like just a few weeks ago. My thoughts are with you.

  5. So sorry for your loss Jane and family. Jim was a great boss and a great man. He cared about his employees and always showed us we were important. You are in my prayers.

  6. We will remember Jim’s friendly smile at St. Joseph’s Cathedral–what a lovely guy! Our thoughts are with his family.

  7. John and Sandie Cope worked with Jim for a lot of years at Employment Security. He was such a great guy, so caring and thoughtful! We spoke with him several weeks ago about getting together for dinner. We are so sorry we missed out on one last moment with him. He will truly be missed.

  8. Jane and family, I was saddened to hear of the news of Jim’s passing. Jim hired me on at DES as a Clerk Stenographer in 1978 and I worked for him up until his retirement. Jim was the absolute best boss one could ever have. He would stand behind his employees and really appreciated us as people. I’m glad I got to see him in November at our last retirees luncheon. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace Jim.

  9. So sorry for your loss Jane & family. The belated news just reached us and has been passed along to all of the Thomas family members that were fortunate enough to meet you and Jim at the past reunions. Jim was a good man and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

    Sincerely, Don & Jean Wilson
