  5. My condolences to his family and friends! We grew up together and have many memories that always bring joy to recall with him. He was one of the great ones! RIP Jerry.

  6. What an amazing family to grow up with and be a part of. So many memories swimming, playing cards, parades, holidays I got to spend with you all. Jerry will always be remembered jumping behind us kids scaring and laughing at us wherever we were in the house. I am glad my dad had the privilege of having a true lifelong friend. I am thankful you all included us into your family. This is so hard to say goodbye to someone who was so happy and full of life.

  7. Aunt Cathy, Tina, Jason, Dana and Connie;
    Our deepest condolences for your loss. Uncle Jerry was always patient and kind. It was always a pleasure to get together. I have many great memories of Uncle Jerry and his wonderful laugh.
    Found this photo from June 1985 of Jerry, Virgil and Fred down by the swinging bridge in Argyle. All of us cousins were swimming in the creek.
    God bless.

  8. It has been over 35 years since I first heard that amazingly genuine laugh. Jerry and his entire family made all the difference in the world to me as my family and I had just moved to Taos. God blessed me by having them as neighbors and healed my 15 year old “heart” after relocating from our home in SW MO. Jerry, Cathy, and the entire Luebbert family will always be very special to me and set the standard when it came to living and loving your family to the fullest. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always.

  9. Cathy and the kids. Dan and I are thinking of you all in this difficult time. Jerry always had a smile and a laugh to go with it. He will be dearly missed.

  10. Kathy and kids. I’m so sorry to hear of Jerry’s death. All the times we got together playing cards, horseshoes or bar-b-queing. Always a good time was had by all.
