Judy Cliburn, 83, of Centertown passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 25, 2025.

The oldest of eleven children, Judy was born on the 4th of July 1942 in Russellville to the late Gilbert “Kenneth” and Roena (Blochberger) Campbell.  She grew up in Russellville and was a graduate of Russellville High School.  On June 10, 1962, Judy married Alan Cliburn at Russellville Methodist Church.  They made their home in Centertown.  She was employed with the Dept. of Revenue retiring after 35 years of service.  Whether it was camping, traveling and sightseeing with Alan on their Honda Goldwing, bird watching or enjoying nature in her backyard, Judy loved being outdoors.  Oftentimes you would find her mowing the yard or feeding the cattle or simply petting one of her favorite dogs.  She believed in supporting the local casinos and helping fund the sales of scratch tickets.

Survivors include; two sons, Chris and Jay, both of Centertown; four grandchildren, Brandon (Brittney) Cliburn, Brittany (Marshal) Macormic, Hannah Cliburn and Niki (Russell) Asmus; twelve great grandchildren; seven siblings, Jane (Greg) Zellner of Pam Coast, FL, Joy Holiday of Jefferson City, June (Terry) Bellora of Palm Coast, FL, Janalee (David) Wood of Russellville, Jean (Dan) Klindt of Kansas City, Jim (Barb) Campbell of Russellville, Julie Smith of Russellville; her best friend, Fern Kirschner and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan; three brothers, Jerry, Johnny and Jeffery; two brothers-in-law, Paige Holiday and Sam Cliburn.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Trimble Funeral Homes-Russellville.  Memorial services will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Reverend John Kerr officiating.  Private family burial will take place at Enloe Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Russellville United Methodist Church.
