I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs Margaret, may it help and comfort you to know that 2 Corinthians 1:4 say: “The God of comfort who comforts us all in our trails.” Yes, he is willing and able to give you the needed strength and comfort to endure your loss of your loved one for over 64 years, because he care and know your pain. Please find some comfort from these facts and your sweet memories, in your difficult days ahead.

Uncle Lawrence meant a great deal to me! As my godfather, he was especially kind to me as a child. I will never forget the kindness that he & Aunt Margaret showed to me. To my aunt & my cousins, as well as to all the others who loved him, I am truly sorry for your loss! You will see him again. God holds a special place in heaven for those like him.

Brenneke family (Jim and Becky), I’m very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing.
Our deepest sympathies to all of Lawrence’s family and friends. May God grant you peace
What I most remember about my uncle Lawrence was his calm demeanor and caring personality. He also had an infectious laugh.
He had to have been a great man to have put up with our family every time we were able to visit Jeff and/or Argyle over the years.
I never heard a cross word.
Aunt Margaret – I am so sorry for the loss of your soulmate. I am very glad we were able to give and get hugs from him on our visit last summer. He really seemed like his self that day.
Karen, Sam, Jim — I am sorry for your loss but thank you sincerely for sharing your wonderful father with the Lape’s over the years.
He was truly a treasure and will be missed.
