On January 31, 2025, Margaret Ann Boulch, beloved wife of Randy Boulch and devoted mother to Tanya Rehma, passed away at the age of 75 in Bradenton, Florida.
Margaret and Randy celebrated 32 joyful years of marriage, having gotten married on May 28, 1993. Born on September 16, 1949, in Jefferson City, Missouri, she was the daughter of Howard and Angeline Lock.
Margaret made significant contributions to the real estate sector as both a sales agent and broker. In 1980, she collaborated with six women and co-founded the House of Real Estate and later joined RE/MAX, where she furthered her impressive 45-year career. She received numerous awards over the years and was nominated for the Yellow Rose Award with the ZONTA Club of Jefferson City in 2018. Additionally, Margaret co-owned Carroll Rehma Motors with her first husband, Terry Rehma.
Margaret was known for her generous spirit and commitment to helping others. She devoted a considerable portion of her later years to volunteering at St. Mary’s Hospital and supporting various local charities. She was an active member of the St. Mary’s Hospital Auxiliary, serving as President in 2022 and 2023, served on the St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Board for over 10 years, and was a member of the Swing for St. Mary’s Golf Tournament Committee for over 10 years. She was a volunteer at St. Mary’s for over 20 years. Her unwavering commitment to helping others left an impression on everyone who knew her, earning her admiration from friends and family alike. Margaret will be lovingly remembered for her radiant smile and her kind, compassionate nature. Golfing and spending quality time with friends and family were among her favorite pastimes.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Boulch; her daughter, Tanya Lock Rehma (Jeff Long); grandchildren, Isaac and Oliver Bishop; her siblings, Norma D’Eagle (Dave); Robert Lock; Sharon Burnett, (Douglas); Henry Lock, (Irene); along with her brother-in-law, Ronald Boulch (Pat Evans); and sister-in-law, Treva Boulch.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Kurwicki, VG officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Samaritan Center or a charity of your choice.
