  5. My deepest sympathy to Debbie, Chip, Joan and Marilyn’s entire family. I have lost a very dear friend, and heaven has gained a very special angel. Marilyn was so kind, such a talented writer and cook. I will miss having that special someone to talk to, laugh with and cry with. She was always a good should er to lean on. May her family receive comfort in knowing that Marilyn has earned her well deserved crown of eternal life. She can now SEE Jesus, and is reunited with Tony and others who have gone before her. She was a gem of a friend. Love, Rose McMurtry

  6. I think anyone who knew Marilyn should consider themselves lucky. She was kind, sweet, funny, generous and made a fantastic pecan pie. 🙂 My mother was so very fortunate to have had Marilyn as a neighbor, and I got a friend in the bargain as well. I’ll cherish the many memories I have of Marilyn ( and Skye). My sincere condolences to the family. I will miss Marilyn. RIP
