MARJORIE ANN SCHULTE

October 6, 1934 ~ February 11, 2012
She was born on October 6, 1934, in Cole County, Missouri, the daughter of the late Otto H. and Rose M. Distler Lehman.
She attended St. Martin Grade School and Mariwood Beauty College.
She was united in marriage on October 15, 1955, in St. Martins, to Robert C. Schulte who survives in Jefferson City. They were married for 35 years.
Marjorie worked for Tweedie Shoe Factory and later owned and operated with Robert several local grocery stores.
She was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church and the Over 50 club. Marjorie enjoyed playing the piano and listening to music, watching movies, and painting.
Survivors include: eight children, Diane (David) Siebeneck, Wardsville; Robert (Debbie) Schulte, Jr., Jefferson City; Kathy (Jet) Moad, Eugene; Linda (Frank) Cremin, Jefferson City; John (Loretta) Schulte, Jefferson City; Beverly (Daniel) Schepers, Jefferson City; Greg (Kim) Schulte, Jefferson City; Douglas Schulte, Jefferson City; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five brothers, Bernard (Gladys) Lehman, Lohman; Francis (Sandra) Lehman, Lohman; Sylvester Lehman, Jefferson City; Lawrence Lehman, Lohman; and Otto Lehman, Jr., Columbia.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Lehman and Charles Lehman.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 Noon Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at St. Martin Catholic Church with the Rev. Edwin A. Schmidt, officiating.
Burial will be in St. Martin Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4:30-7 p.m. Tuesday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4 p.m.

I did not know Marjorie Schulte personally, but I am confident that she represented the warmth, friendliness, and quality of character I have come to know from both John and Robert Jr. My sincerest condolences go to the Schulte family and their friends; my prayers will be with you all.
