I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. James’ passing. Mr. and Mrs. James were my neighbors on Chestnut Street in Jefferson City. I will always remember with fondness the many kindnesses they showed me. I wish peace and comfort for their daughters and their families in this difficult time.

Sylvia, prayers and condolences to you and your family at this time. God Bless.
Sylvia, my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. You are all in my prayers.
I was so privileged to have known this wonderfully talented and loving woman. She would often come and play the piano at Easter Seals. Many times just seeing her and Mr. James in the community made me feel at home. They were always so loving and kind. I also had the honor of presenting them with crowns at a ceremony. Great will be their reward. We are praying for the family during this transition.
I had the honor of dancing a jig with this awesome lady when we traveled to Columbia to see “Sparkle.” Her zest and elegance was the highlight of the time we spent laughing and having a good time. May God greet her and that infectious smile with open arms! Sylvia, I will keep you in my prayers.
my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow. May the Lord bless and keep you

My heart goes out to my LU alum and friend Mrs. Sylvia Wilson and her family. I am sharing in your grief, because there is nothing like the love of a mother. Praying for your peace and comfort.
So sorry for your loss ladies… Praying God’s peace to comfort you all in your days ahead…
This loss is felt by so many, as MaxCine James was so gifted and giving. I loved the whole family and remember that God was the center of the James unit. My childhood growing up in Jefferson City was enhanced. Y my association with this family. May God keep you, as only He can, during this difficult time and always.
Slight typo in my previous transmission… “My childhood was enhanced by my association with this family.”
