Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Our 3 kiddos waited every day they were home for Mildred and Bob to come next door to her parents house for lunch. We were lucky to know these people.

  2. Mildred & Bob were friends and neighbors thru 5 generations of my family covering at least a 60 – 65 year time-span. Having known them all of my life I have always considered their family a part of my family. Mildred was exceptional at crocheting beautiful doily’s . She made the best jams, preserves ( everything from Pear to Wild Plum) & relishes (my family loved her turnip relish). Praying for Bruce & Lorna and the rest of the extended family during this time, but rejoicing with the rest of Heaven in Mildred’s victory . (Jeff Payne)

  3. Condolences from the Ousley family. So many fun and wonderful memories Mildred and Bob. Very wonderful leaders in our church at Cole Spring, so many of us always love seeing them at the grocery store / locker plant after some kind of a sports or band practice when we would walk up town to wait for rides home. Always a smile always an encouraging word and most of all you just know you had friendship beyond measure. Our love and prayers and Mildred may you rest in the Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

  4. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

  5. I enjoyed visiting with Bob and Mildred and working with you Bruce at Russellville bank. Prayers for your family

  6. Bruce and Family, I was so sorry to hear about Mildred. I have many fond memories of both your parents! It was always good to see them at the store/locker and around town. Sincerest sympathy for the loss of a Dear Lady.

  7. Bruce, So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. My Mom, Amy Jones, said that Mildred and her, were best friends, from 1st grade through high school, and has many fond memories. Our family is praying that God will comfort you and your family during this difficult time. Doug Jones
