Patsy Lee Baumhoer, 74, of Westphalia, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019, at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born November 1, 1944, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Lucille Dudley.
She was a 1962 graduate of Russellville High School.
She was united in marriage on July 13, 1964, in Westphalia to Walter H. "Junior" Feltrop who preceded her in death on July 17, 1966. She married Franklin Delano Baumhoer on April 8, 1967, in Jefferson City who survives in Westphalia.
Patsy was a homemaker, in later years she was an assistant at Fun Time Daycare in Westphalia, and helped to prepare food at the Westphalia Inn.
She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards and board games with family and friends. In earlier years, she enjoyed making ceramics, and playing on a ladies bowling league.
Survivors include her husband, Franklin Baumhoer, Westphalia; four children, Carla (Troy) Flickinger, Taos; Darren (Christy) Feltrop, Taos; Donnie (Brenda) Baumhoer, Linn; Greg (Nichole) Baumhoer, Loose Creek; five grandchildren, Tyler (Dakota) Baumhoer, Taylor Baumhoer, Chelsey Hall, Levi (Breann) Feltrop, Lily Feltrop; two great-grandchildren, Liam Baumhoer, Harper Baumhoer; five siblings, Sharron (Gary) Kubitz, Waukon, IA; Jerry Reed (fiancé Glenda Woolridge), Westphalia; Rick Lister (Cherie Schmitz), Jefferson City; Denise Howard, Jefferson City; Debbie (David) Opel, California; and two sisters-in-law, Ruth Lister, St. Martins; and Karen Lister, Mokane.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Lucille and Walker Lister; son-in-law, Roy West; granddaughter, Tiffany Buechter; and two brothers, George Lister and Bill Lister.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia with a prayer service at 3:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk with the Rev. Anthony J. Viviano officiating.
Burial will be in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the family of Patsy Baumhoer.

I am so grateful to have known Pat and will always remember her gorgeous smile and her sweet spirit. Sending my deepest sympathy to the friends and family.
Pat was my sister as well we shared the same father. She always had the same smile and rosey cheeks. Every day after school when she was there she would make me a snack and scoop me up any chance she could catch me running by.
