So very sorry to hear of Tom passing. He was a great person and always loved to see him come to the CERT meetings, full of ideas and the willingness to help others. The Cole County Community Emergency Response Team members sends our heartfelt condolences and blessings to the family.
Marcia, I was so sorry to learn of Tom’s untimely death. I have known Tom since 1980 when we started training at Callaway and was privileged to be able to be on shift with him in the early 80s leading up to fuel load. I was always impressed with his maturity and leadership. Tom was one of those guys who got the job done correctly and was always willing to help anyone. He was a superb trainer because he was patient and because he cared about his students. You could see it in the way he conducted class and dealt with everyone. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult days.

Dear Ramatowski family. I am very sorry to have read of the recent death of your loved one, Thomas. Please accept my sincere condolences. Also, I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all of the many causes we have for suffering, including sickness, pain & death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives.
To the Family: I send my heartfelt sympathy to you all. Tom was a really great person. We had many great times together! May God continue to bless you all.
“……From the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” Psalm 61:2 With heartfelt sympathy to Marcia and family.
