Timothy Dick Friedberg, 64, of Jefferson City, died Friday, January 28, 2011, at his residence.
He was born on November 3, 1946, in Pittsburgh, Pa., the son of the late Samuel Coombs and Naomi Mary Moore Friedberg.
He was a graduate of Illinois University with a Bachelors degree and was a graduate of Ohio State with a Masters degree.
He was united in marriage on December 12, 1998, in Winchester, Ohio, to Yelena M. (Tauseneva) Friedberg, who survives.
Timothy worked as a C.P.A. and as the Senior Financial Officer for a Chrysler dealership. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of the Alumni Association for the Illinois University and was an avid Fighting Illini fan.
Other survivors include: a brother, Michael (Gerry) Friedberg, Pittsburgh, Pa.; and two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Sammy Friedberg.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m., Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
