Aaron James Meeks, 33, of Holts Summit, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017, in Boone County as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was born January 5, 1984, in Columbia, the son of Kevin Dale and Annette Laraine (Trisler) Meeks. He married Chelsea Elizabeth Johnson, April 25, 2009, in Jefferson City who resides at the home. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Aaron was a heavy equipment shop supervisor at Fabick CAT in Columbia. He was a member of Life House Church in Holts Summit. He was an amazing father to his three sons and a wonderful husband. He enjoyed spending time with his family, making memories. He also enjoyed hunting and videogames. Survivors include his wife, Chelsea Meeks, Holts Summit; three sons, Tanner Meeks, Tavin Meeks, and Karson Meeks, all of the home; his father, Kevin Meeks, Mexico; his mother, Annette Meeks, Auxvasse; a sister, Audra Meeks, Auxvasse; and his mother-in-law, Robyn Lucas, Fulton. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Richland Baptist Church in Kingdom City. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
