Linda, you have condolence on the passing of your Mother.
Aunt Agnes always seemed so elegant to me as a little girl and she continued to be as I’ve aged. She was a beautiful person inside as well. She had a nice long life. We will miss her greatly! Hopefully, she will be reuniting with her loved ones and letting them know we are all ok. Good-bye Aunt Aggie😘
Agnes was a special and beautiful lady and a very good friend to my mom for many years.
Aunt Agnes and Uncle John were my godparents. Though in later years we did not see her often, when we did meet it was as if we were very close.
These two were young marrieds when they would drive to Vienna to pick me up to spend a week with them each summer (even with young children of their own). That week was definitely a highlight. I thought Jeff City was huge at the time. She and Aunt Margaret always made sure I had a good time and took me shopping and to get ice cream (real treats for a country girl in the 1950s). I’ll always remember and cherish her kindness and generosity.
My sincerest condolences to her family!❤️
