Alicia Christine Ann Wieberg, 87, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Heisinger Bluffs. She was born March 16, 1930, in St. Thomas, the daughter of the late August Bernard and Matilda (Herigon) Prenger. She was united in marriage on April 7, 1951, in St. Thomas to Marcellus Adam Wieberg who preceded her in death on April 2, 2012. They were married sixty-one years. She graduated from Meta High School in 1948 as valedictorian of her class. Alicia was a homemaker, and the manager for Veits Village Motel from 1959-1980. She then worked for the State of Missouri until her retirement in 1992. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, member of a square dancing club, and enjoyed country western dancing, bowling and playing cards. Survivors include two children, Milo (Pam) Wieberg, Chesterfield; Mary (Gerald) Siemons, Jefferson City; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Sean) Godwin, Andrew (Elizabeth) Miller, Crystal Busalachi, Michael Wieberg; one step-grandson, Jason (Lucinda) Siemons; eleven great-grandchildren, Emilia Godwin, Kaleb Godwin, Tobyas Godwin, Pheona Godwin, Indigo Miller, Opal Miller, Ula Miller, Alexander Wieberg, Jett Busalachi, Matthew Wieberg, Lucas Wieberg; three siblings, Evelyn Weber, Westphalia; Donna VanLoo, Wardsville; and Bernard Prenger, Orlando, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister and brothers-in-law, Rosella and James Wilbers, Paul Weber, and John VanLoo. Visitation will be 3:30 -6:00 p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a rosary at 3:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 22, 2018, at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Simeon Etonu officiating. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.   3. So terribly sorry to hear of Alicia’s passing. I graduated with Alicia from Meta High School in 1948. I am the last of our class. I live at Primrose Retirement Center in Jeff. We had some great times in Meta.
