Aloysius Hagenhoff, 83, of Argyle, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2003, at Westphalia Retirement Center, Westphalia. He was born on Dec. 21, 1920, at Argyle, the son of John and Elizabeth Woestmeyer Hagenhoff. Survivors include one brother, Lawrence Hagenhoff, Bartlesville, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Al, Vincent, and Ed Hagenhoff; and two sisters, Rose Schmitz and Angela Even. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle, with the Rev. John J. Schmitz officiating. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Argyle. Visitation will be 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church, with the Rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. by Argyle Knights of Columbus Council No. 2047. Mr. Hagenhoff was employed with McDonald Charcoal Company, Argyle, and in later years was an inspector with McGraw-Edison in Jefferson City. He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle; Argyle Knights of Columbus Council 2047; and Msgr. Ralph Kutz Fourth Degree Assembly, Knights of Columbus.
