Arline Virginia Powell Crouse
March 18, 1937 ~ October 17, 2021
She was born March 18, 1937, in Washington, DC, at Georgetown University Hospital the daughter of the late Stanley William and Emily Marguerite (Babitsky) Powell.
She enjoyed listening to music and playing the piano, was an art enthusiast, and appreciated poetry and reading.
She attended the University of Missouri and was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
She enjoyed volunteering at the Kirkwood Library in St. Louis. She was a member of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include her son, Brian and daughter in-law Adriane Crouse, Jefferson City; two grandsons, Edward and Christian Crouse; her niece Kathy Powell Miller and husband Chris Miller and other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Stanley William "Bill" Powell.
Private family service was held at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
Memorials are suggested to go to the Jefferson City Symphony Orchestra.
