Bill Dean Timmerman, 78, of Stella, Nebraska, went home to Heaven on December 25, 2024, at Fulton Manor, surrounded by family after a battle with cancer.

He was born on July 30, 1946, in Stella, Nebraska, to Carl and Louise Timmerman. Bill graduated from Stella High School in 1964. Bill and Jackie Timmerman (ex-wife) had three boys: Randal, Robert and Scott.

Bill served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968. Bill worked for Wood Carve for over 40 years. In his free time, Bill enjoyed reading and spending time with his family. He attended Prairie Union Baptist Church in Stella, NE, Rock Port Baptist Church in Rock Port, MO and Watson Baptist Church in Watson, MO.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Carl Timmerman, and his mother, Louise Timmerman Nelson.

Survivors include his three children, Randal (Rachel) Timmerman of Jefferson City; Robert (Stephanie) Timmerman of Holts Summit; and Scott (Alicia) Timmerman of Mexico; eight grandchildren, Lilly Timmerman, Corbitt Timmerman, Olivia Fish, Gabe Timmerman, Tess Timmerman, Tiffany Timmerman, Tristan Timmerman and Ava Timmerman; one sister, Mary (David) Matheson of Northboro, Iowa; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at Union Hill Baptist Church in Holts Summit, Missouri, on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Rick Seaton and Bro. LP Cook officiating. Military honors will be held following the service at the church.

Memorials are suggested to the Central Missouri Honor Flight.
