She was born in Marys Home to John Anton Sanning and Elizabeth Backers Sanning. She was married on February 12, 1929 in Taos to Frank William Borgmeyer who died on February 3, 1948. She is survived by three sons, Bernard H. Borgmeyer, Eldon; Charles W. Borgmeyer, Taos; and Thomas S. Borgmeyer, Jefferson City; six daughters, Teresa E. DeLorey, St. Louis; Mary L. Stuckenschneider, Sun City, Arizona; Elizabeth J. Cassmeyer, Lake Ozark; and Frances H. Glover, Ann A. Kolb, and Jane Borgmeyer Hall, all of Jefferson City; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaugher; and one sister, Helen Ortmeyer, Taos. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church; St. Ann's Sodality; and was Meals-on-Wheels Coordinator for the Liberty Senior Center in Taos for twenty years.
