Cesar Antonio Blanco, 39 of Jefferson City passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

He was born in Nicaragua on September 27, 1981 to Cesar H. and Emilia (Gomez) Blanco. On July 19, 2013 Cesar married Alicia Balladares in Jefferson City. She survives. Cesar worked at Hitachi ABB, Jefferson City. If you knew Cesar, you knew he cheered for the Royals and was a huge Chiefs and NY Yankees fan. One of the major holidays he celebrated was Superbowl Sunday, especially these last 2 years. From fixing breakfast every morning for his kids or playing April Fools jokes on his family or watching and tasting what his brother, Francisco was grilling, family was the most important part of Cesar’s life. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Alicia, four children, Samantha, Gabriella, Anthony and Jacob Blanco all of Jefferson City, parents, Cesar and Emilia Blanco of Brooklyn, NY, three siblings, Maryuris (Roberto Macias) Blanco of Jefferson City, Ramon (Alba) Blanco of Jefferson City, Francisco (Edita) Blanco of Jefferson City and seven nieces and nephews, Maryuris, Roberto, Alvaro, Francisco, Ramon, Oskatherine, Emily and Frank. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Rosa Maria Hernandez.

Private family services will be held at Dulle Trimble Funeral Home, Jefferson City.

  3. It’s hard to put into words just how special Cesar was. He was kind, genuine, and had so much class. He loved his family and spoke of them often with great pride. Continued prayers for comfort for his family. 2nd shift, department 311 is a very tight work family. We are heartbroken. We miss you. It was an honor to work beside you. Fly high my sweet friend until we meet again.

Cesar fue un papa tan especial y siempre tan feliz al ver los progresos de Jacob en nuestras terapias. Nos encantaba verlo tan orgulloso de su hijo!   8. Cesar, my family and I will miss you dearly. Every time we spend any occasion together, we always knew we could have a laugh and have a great time. Diana and I we always laughed at the fact that every time someone brought up a game or activity to do, you always opposed them but participated in it. And then you would take over with your silliness and jokes. You were an awesome and joyful man, we will cherish the memories we spent together.
