I just have memories of going to Gary’s mom and dad’s as a child, often, with Uncle Jeff and Aunt Annie Gordon! Gary’s dad, Claude was my mother’s first cousin making Gary my 3rd cousin! I happened by the 4th of July Davidson/Gordon Reunion couple of years ago! It was great seeing all my kinfolk, and enjoyed the good food! As well! Many great memories!
I always liked talking to Gary when I was at the lake. He was a great person and will be missed by all.
Gary was so kind to the little kids who were learning to fish at Lighthouse Landing. He was an expert on fishing, and was willing to share his knowledge with the little ones.
Great Guy. Good sense of humor. Gary will be missed.
Sending our thoughts and prayers. Tom and Marcia Gardner Martin
Sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of visiting MoDot with my Father, The Late Charles “Tappy” Haulenbeek and the guys down in the crew. So much fun and good times. Gary was a great friend to my Father. Prayers to your family.
Gary,,,,I’m sorry to hear about your Dad…i wish I had something wise or intelligent to say other than you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I’m sorry,, Steve Moss
I am so thankful that my two boys got to experience the fear that Uncle Gary’s booming baritone voice could instill in a young boy. But even more so, the time he spent sharing his wisdom and experiences with them the same as he did me…………………. whether the experiences were true or not.
Gary Daidson will be missed. A wonderful guy and lots of fun Love you Gary–Juanita Davidson Whitener
Claude gave me his car while I visited my mother in the hospital.I went to Mon-Wards and Gary recognized his dads car and he came up to me saying I stole the car and he would arrest me. I didn’t know at first who he was and than he told me. We both had a big laugh
