Cooper Bradly Dorge
August 23, 2011 ~ June 24, 2024
Cooper Bradly Dorge, 12, of Westphalia, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at the family farm.
He was born August 23, 2011, in Jefferson City, the son of Jacob Michael and Amanda Lynn (Scheulen) Dorge.
Cooper was currently attending St. Joseph Catholic School in Westphalia where he was entering the 7th grade. He enjoyed playing baseball, PAL football, and competing in archery. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where he enjoyed being an acolyte server.
Cooper’s love for the water was evident in every splash - whether swimming, boating, skiing, or bow fishing. The laughter that echoed as he drove around on the golf cart will forever linger in our hearts. In moments of leisure, Cooper found enjoyment with video games on his X-Box, where his imagination knew no bounds. A young man of remarkable diligence and a laid-back demeanor, he embraced each day with a spirited determination.

What a wonderful young man that you took very good care of. He was loved very much from dad and mom and the rest of his family. There will be pain for awhile but remember the good things and use the love of God to get you through this time of sorrow. I’m so sorry for your loss.
Please know youβre all in our thoughts and prayers. We will always cherish our times together on the river and at ball games. Special thoughts for my dear friend and classmate Vicki. RIP ever so beloved Cooper Bradley Dorge! π
Words canβt describe how sorry I am for your loss. He was such a fun loving sweet soul. He will be truly missed at the river. I will forever remember him as the βcooper tone babyβ. I always thought of that commercial whenever I saw him. White blonde hair and very tan skin from enjoying that river. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers. πππΌ
Please know that your beautiful family is in our prayers. Cooper was a friendly polite young boy with a big smile and always a wave for us as he zipped past our cabin. May God give you strength and peace in the days ahead.

I used to ride the bus with Cooper. I went to Fatima. We were in thr same grade. If my I pad could charge, I wish I could share the hilarious videos I took with him on the bus. I’m only finding thid iut a month later… People found him obnoxious, but that’s what made him funny to me. He’s in a better place now. Fly high, Dorge Kidπ
I didn’t personally know him but he was always the class clown
