Deborah Fern Luetkemeyer, 47, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at Hospice of Jefferson City and Mid-Missouri. She was born on Feb. 1, 1958 in Jefferson City, the daughter of James George and Fern Olive Wood Marcantonio who survive in Jefferson City. She was married on June 23, 1979 in Jefferson City to Nicholas Gerard Luetkemeyer who died on April 18, 2000. She was a 1976 graduate of Jefferson City High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lincoln University. With her husband, Mrs. Luetkemeyer co-founded Luetkemeyer Signs in 1986 which she continued to own and operate following her husbands death. She was a full-time mother who home-schooled her children. She was a member of Jefferson City Christian Fellowship; Jay Band Boosters; Jefferson City Home-school Association; Mid-Missouri Right-to-Life Association; Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce; Tri-cap Wrestling Boosters; and was active with the Capital City Soccer Club. Other survivors include six sons, Alan Luetkemeyer and his wife, Jennifer, Russellville; and Joshua Luetkemeyer, Samuel Luetkemeyer, Adam Luetkemeyer, Daniel Luetkemeyer, and Matthew Luetkemeyer, all of Jefferson City; and two daughters, Casey Luetkemeyer, and Jamie Luetkemeyer, both of Jefferson City; two granddaughters, Halle Luetkemeyer and Hannah Luetkemeyer, both of Russellville; one brother, James Marcantonio, Jr., Jefferson City; three sisters and their husbands, Brenda and Randy Reed, California, MO; Robin and Steve Coffman, Jefferson City; and Melody Powell, Jefferson City; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2005, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Gary Behrns officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday, April 15th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Luetkemeyer Childrens Education Fund at Central Bank, POB 779, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
