Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Please accept my condolences for your loss. I would like to celebrate who your mother was for me. I will alway remember her as a vibrant,fun-loving,friend and confidant. Dolores and I worked together at Hallmark/ Avnet for many years. We became close friends in fact Dolores ,Dottie and I went to lunch almost daily. That friendship remained even after retirement until her passing. We three went to lunch at least once a month. She loved trying new restaurants and of course having a glass of Chardonnay and most definitely dessert. She introduced me to and we shared the love of little cakes at Nothing but Bundt Cakes. Just know that she has left a loving memory in my heart.

  2. I will miss you Grandma Dolores. Lilith never got to know you or your warmth. But she will grow up hearing stories of you from me and all of the Markus family. Maybe not the raincoat story until she’s a little older though.. I Love you so much and will never forget you, nor the love and generosity you spread to others during your life. May your beautiful soul find peace wherever it may rest, in this life, or the next.

  3. Dolores has been a much loved confidant, special non-judgemental friend for such a long time—I can’t even remember how long. Always so easy to talk to about anything. Her advice has always been right on the money.

I will miss her so much. I always felt good when and after being with her. So easy to laugh with—we made quite a few bloopers that gave us the giggles and I won’t forget them.

She loved her family so much and was very proud of her sons, daughters in law, and grandchildren—and, of course, her beautiful great grandchildren.

Life will not be the same without my friend, Dolores.
