She was born October 7, 1935 in Quincy, Ill., the daughter of Joseph Aloyious Bastean and Helen Katherine Treaster Bastean. She was married on October 20, 1960 in Jefferson City to Paul Richard Fisher who survives at the home. Other survivors include two daughters, Cindy Sue Ojeda, and Paula Lucille Massman, both of Jefferson City; two sons, Leroy Joseph Fisher, and Paul Richard James Fisher, both of Jefferson City; two step-daughters, Marcia Matthews, Tuscumbia; and Mary Rains, Henley; two step-sons, Kenneth Fisher, Russellville; and David Fisher, Henley; eighteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren; two sisters, Theresa Marshall, Iowa; and Ursula Elledge, Pomona, Ca.; and two brothers, Albert "Bud" Bastean, Quincy, Ill. and Dennis Bastean, Ocean Springs, Ms. She owned and operated "Dody's Gas, Grocery & Liquor", in Brazito for twenty years. Retiring in 1984. Memorials are suggested to the Parkinson's Research Fund. She attended Notre Dame High School in Quincy Ill.
