Elmer Clarence Rademann, 87, of Folk, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at Stonebridge Westphalia Hills.

He was born March 13, 1937, in Folk, the son of Anton and Verona (Moeller) Rademann.

Elmer spent his life working on the family farm. He was a life-long member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk and participated in the Men’s Organization. He enjoyed hunting coon at night and especially enjoyed deer hunting. While on the farm, Elmer loved to ride on his Gator.

Survivors include his two sisters, Agnes Distler, Jefferson City; Mary (Bill) Wekenborg, Jefferson City; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Leona (Bill) Kauffman, Ann (Floyd) Wilson, Clara (Bill) Farris, Regina (George) Farris; four brothers, Clarence (Coty) Rademann, Edwin (Frances) Rademann, Alfred Rademann, Louis (Jo) Rademann; one brother-in-law, Anthony “Tony” Distler; one niece, Mary Anderson; and three nephews, Gary Rademann, Keith Distler and Mike Distler.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2024, at Trimble Funeral Homes – Westphalia with a prayer service at 4 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk with the Rev. Dylan Schrader officiating.

Burial will be in St. Anthony Parish Cemetery in Folk.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
