Esther Marie Dulle

She was born in Callaway County to Ferdinand H. Dulle and Clara Helen Schnieders Dulle. She was married on October 5, 1936 in Jefferson City to Sylvester Herman "Bus" Dulle who died on June 25, 1977. Survivors include two sons, Ralph, F. Dulle, Jefferson City; and Larry J. Dulle, Westphalia; two daughters, Doris Ann Rauschelbach, Kansas City; and Elaine "Liz" Short, Jefferson City; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Harold J. Dulle, Jefferson City. She was a bookkeeper for Schell & Ward Shoe Store and Dress Shop, and was co-owner and founder with her husband of the Dulle Funeral Home. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia, and a former member of the Cathedral of Saint Joseph where she was a charter member and first treasurer of the Ladies Sodality. She was a Regent for Cardinal Glennon Circle No. 322, Daughters of Isabella, and a past State Treasurer of the Missouri State Circle; Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem; past president of St. Joseph Home for the Aged Auxiliary; charter member, desk receptionist and auditor of St. Marys Health Center Auxiliary; charter member and Organizer of the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus Auxiliary; and a charter member and past president of the Guadalupe Inter-parish Church Circle. She was a long-time volunteer and worker with the Discalced Carmelite Monastery in Jefferson City. Memorials are suggested to the Carmelite Monastery, 2201 W. She was a member of the first graduating class at St. Peter High School.
