Evelyn Jacobine Knatcal, 86, of Jefferson City, died Friday, Feb., 18, 2005, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on Dec. 9, 1918 in Cadet Creek, MO, the daughter of Jacob and Catherine Ebert Dudenhoeffer. She was married on April 24, 1954 in Jefferson City to Clarence Smith Knatcal who died on April 1, 2000. Mrs. Knatcal was a seamstress with International Shoe Company from 1948 to 1970. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church; Ladies Sodality; and enjoyed sewing, fishing, and quilting. Survivors include one sister and her husband, Catherine and Wilburn Heidbreder, Jefferson City; one brother and his wife, Jacob and Nelda Dudenhoeffer, Florissant, MO; two sisters-in-law, Beulah Dudenhoeffer and Pauline Dudenhoeffer, both of Jefferson City; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Donald W. Lammers officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21st, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Vogelweid Learning Center, 314 W.
