Evelyn had one of the biggest, most generous hearts. She was so welcoming, whether she met you in passing or you were a guest in her home. She took good care of dad when they worked together but she also took good care of his family. We all loved Evelyn. Dad considered her to be one of his best friends. I’m sure he was right there behind Clete, Donna, and Dan waiting to greet her. Our deepest condolences to her family and to all who called her friend. May you have peaceful hearts. With love, Rich and Tammy (Sindt) Wyble
Pat & the entire Dubbert family: Please accept our deepest heartfelt sympathy for your mother’s passing. May she rest in God’s loving arms forever. May the Good Lord be with her family & many friends as they will think of her often. God Bless Us All.
Evelyn was such an incredible soul, always with a laugh, a smile, or a kind word. She was a big part of our lives for a long time and we were so much richer for it. Our deepest sympathies to her family that she loved so much. David and Teala Sindt Sipes
So sorry for your loss. I remember her coming in to pick Bo up at First Baptist CDC and she always had a smile on her face.
While reading Evelyn’s obituary, it said she welcomed all into her home. That brought me back to when Kenny, Kathy and Kyle were just starting out. She even finished an apartment in their basement for them until they got on their feet. I can remember a slice of time when we girls were in the kitchen laughing and preparing food, and the men were out back barbecuing , drinking beer and listening to I Love, by Tom T Hall. Times like those were simple, yet wonderful and Evelyn was the one that brought it all together. May she Rest In Peace with her love, Cletus.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sorry for your loss! Evelyn will be greatly missed by my Mom, Jerene Enloe. She enjoyed their time together. Our thoughts and prayers to you all! Jim and Lori (Enloe) Eggen

Evelyn and Cletus lived across the street from us for years. When Clete died she moved to a gorgeous home on the west end. She had several of the old neighbors over for tacos. Evelyn was adorable, so nice and friend. I will pray for her and her family.
I remember Evelyn from her job at the First Presbyterian Church. She was always pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. She lived her Christianity each day with her sweet presence to everyone she encountered. Grace & Peace, Sharon Busch

I stayed at Mrs. Dubbert’s house during my 7th and 8th grade weekend retreats through St. Joseph Cathedral School. She made us feel right at home with her homemade pies and rotel dip. She was such a sweet person, and I have fond memories of those weekends. I always enjoyed seeing her at church and tried to say hello whenever I could! My condolences to your family. Hannah Meystrik
