She was born in Meta to Stephen and Christina Schanzmeyer Luebbert. She was married on April 8, 1940 in Meta to Elliott William Fischer who died on September 27, 1997. Survivors include a daughter, Mary E. Fischer, Jefferson City; a brother, Frances Luebbert, Meta; and two sisters, Marie Bacon, Jefferson City; and Dorothy Donehue, Enid, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by two borthers, Raymond Luebbert and Henry Luebbert; and a sister, Clara Lock. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and the Ladies Sodality. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
