Glenna Sue Golden

When you met Glenna, you made an instant friend. She had a beautiful smile with a big heart. Spending time with her children and grandchildren meant the most to her, always looking forward to Sunday dinners with the family.
Survivors include three children, Shawn Reno, Terry Purlee, and Jamie (Mike) Atkinson all of Jefferson City, step-daughter, Mishelle Golden of Jefferson City, five grandchildren, Ashley Reno, Nathan Reno, Jayla Volkart, Ella Volkart and Saharra Webb, seven brothers and four sisters. Glenna was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, sister, Carol McKinney and two brothers, Bernard Miller and Billy Vaught.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Dulle Trimble Funeral Home, 3210 North Ten Mile Dr., Jefferson City. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.

No matter when it was I saw Glenna she would always give me a hug. The last time I saw Glenna was Bernie’s funeral. It was no different, she gave me a hug. RIP Glenna.

Glenna was a passionate lady she loved every one. She has been in my life for 30 plus years. She had a great love for her children and grandchildren neices nephews her siblings. Through the years of our friendship we remained close. Glenna I will miss you more than anyone else can imagine. Rest peacefully. I love you.
