Beloved Belcher Family, We love you. You are all in our prayers. God bless you.
I had the pleasure of recruiting and recommending that Gordon be offered a position with the state of Missouri being his supervisor for many years and working with him. Was made proud when he moved on to a larger position with the state where he was a shining star in the Public Drinking Water Program. He made great contributions to the drinking water quality of the state of Missouri. Rest in peace my FRIEND. Bill Hills
I echo Bill Hills’ remarks. Gordon was a dedicated professional in the public drinking water world. I worked with him on many issues over the years. He was a good friend. I am better off for having known him. He told me if he didn’t beat the cancer, he has a lot of friends on the other side he was looking forward to seeing again. Even as we mourn, we rejoice in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Linda McCarty
Dear Marilyn, I just learned of Gordon’s passing. I am so sorry! –Pam
Gordon was a valued member of my team on the Cole County Sheriff’s Posse. I always enjoyed visiting with him about his service with the Coast Guard, his latest adventure on the range, and amateur radio. He will be missed.
