Jacqueline Oswald, 80, of Union, Mo died Friday, January 11, 2008, at Sunset Health Care Center. She was born on April 27, 1927, in Sioux Falls, SD, the daughter of Joseph Wheeler and Rubie Catrine Thoreson Parliman. She was married on September 1, 1950, in Sioux Falls SD, to Raymond Dean Oswald. He preceded her in death on April 20, 1994. Mrs. Oswald was a homemaker and had worked for the Lutheran Hospital in Hot Springs, SD. She was a member of the Lutheran faith. Her greatest passion was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Survivors include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Laurie Oswald, Kansas City; Lisa and Greg Rackers, Jefferson City; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Geoff and Donna Oswald, Holts Summit; Greg and Jeanette Oswald, Holts Summit; five grandchildren, Christopher Oswald; Jason Oswald; Mitchell Rackers; Matthew Oswald; and Jacqueline Oswald; and three great-grandchildren, Sarah Oswald; Brooke Oswald; and Wesley Oswald. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Joseph Parliman, Jr. Private funeral services will be Monday, January 14, 2008 at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum.
