Janet Lillian Brammell, 69, Jefferson City, Mo, died Monday, November 26, 2007, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on October 26, 1938, in Marissa, Ill., the daughter of Ade and Johanna Geralds Hacker. Janet was a 1956 graduate of Granite City High School. She was married on July 4, 1956, in Granite City, Ill., to John William Bellmer who died on November 1, 1966. On May 28, 1969, in Granite City, IL she married Roy Edward Brammell who died January 7, 2005. Survivors include: two sons, John Bellmer, Houston, TX; and Chris Bellmer, Holiday, Fla.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Lynette and Tom Steele, Springfield, Mo; Kathy and Johnny Gilbert, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Betty and Scott Kemna, Jefferson City; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Florence Doolin, Bethalto, Ill.; and Darlene and Jim Cox, Granite City, Ill.; and one brother, Elmer Dehn, Granite City, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husbands. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Collinsville, Ill. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, Jefferson City, Mo is in charge of the arrangements.
